Pros
Incredible company - strong growth, good contribution to society. Very strong ethical values. Excellent co-workers. Office is new and very nice, with free parking, gym and cafeteria. Many career advantages of a large company, but not too much red tape yet. Not shy to spend the money to acquire quality systems.
Cons
Work-life balance can be tough to achieve. Every request is agreed to, and deadlines are accepted without looking at the whole portfolio of tasks. This seems to be across all departments. Staff turnover is low, which is good, but reduces opportunities for promotions.
