Resmed Response
6yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We recognize that our people are the most important contributor for the continued success and growth of the company. We continue to work diligently to ensure we are addressing important issues raised by employees and some key areas that we have worked on recently include:
• For promotions we have introduced a skills based roadmap with all interviews being held by panels or multiple individuals, with decisions made only after collective feedback sessions.
• We are also working closely with our People team to look at the future structure of the distribution center teams to provide more opportunities for career advancement.
• We are proud of the diversity and inclusion we have in Atlanta but know there is always work to do in such an important area. The recent focus groups undertaken by our Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity (BIDS) team is an example of how we are continuing the conversation. They will be reporting back their findings and next steps to the Atlanta team in August.
• On overtime, the nature of our operations do mean that, from time to time, we have to use unscheduled overtime hours to ensure we meet the needs of our customers. We are working with our agency to ensure that all contingent workers are made aware of this requirement prior to appointment.
Again, thank you for taking the time to share your comments but let’s keep the conversation going. As such, I would like to encourage you to reach out to me directly or our dedicated ethics hotline to discuss your concerns further.
