Pros
Amazing support from all levels of management, growth opportunities, strong people development programs for those who want to develop themselves. Leadership is very open and engaging with employees and senior management is very open with communications about the direction of the business
Cons
Many different pockets in the organization that perform similar responsibilities globally but with regional blinders one. Many silos operating independently though ResMed has been trying to work itself out of this habit for many years.
