      Amazing team, great talent and a high performance culture. Strong focus on solving challenging problems for the benefit of millions of patients around the world

      Cons

      Struggling to shake off our small company ways of old. A fair bit of inefficiency and some resistance to change in some pockets.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
