Thanks also for your critical feedback on leadership and embracing people and ideas from outside. Our philosophy is that leadership is not about hierarchy, but stepping-up to the greatest extent of our own capabilities, so you can lead from anywhere on a team, not just as a people manager. We don’t tolerate bullying so stop by and see me with specifics of that behavior and we can resolve that. My experience is that not being happy with a manager relationship is very personal, so I would ask that you work on trying to understand how to better interact with your direct manager: Nupur or any of our people management team can help with tools and techniques. If that doesn't work, another option is to find another team within the company where your skills, capabilities, and people-style can let you better contribute to our mission. We are evolving here at ResMed, and I’d love for you to help drive that – find the best place for you to lead, and for you to step-up and help!
