Pros

There are no pros for this company

Cons

Treats employees terribly, only takes $1000 off per $11,000 made, expects you to work 7 days a week and gets upset when you want a day off, encourages unsafe work habits and management is hostile towards minimum wage employees, constantly letting people down, no help from anyone, and steals from employees. Will discriminate against you.

Pros

This company has a group of businesses that are doing really awesome things in the world. I have known the Steve Curtis for more than 10 years and can tell you that he is true visionary leader and a good man who cares about helping people. Taking on the darkness of the pharmaceuticals industry to save lives isn't easy and Steve and team keep going no matter what gets in the way. Parts of the mission like ending the opiate epidemic, measuring consciousness, creating free therapy for all etc is so next level most people don’t understand. The people making the negative comments here either didn't work here long or never worked here at all. We go through some ups and downs but always get it back on track and I am happy to say it is back on track. When most of the world crashed and so many companies went bankrupt, this company made record profits, paid everyone very well, and gave to those in need.

Cons

There is a lot going on and sometimes it gets pretty chaotic. To work here you really have to believe in doing the right thing in the world and making a difference. If you want a simple job and pay check, this isn't it.

Pros

- Leadership is empowering and works hard to uplift their employees ensuring they know each and every employee is valued - Hard work isn't gone unnoticed - No imposed limits, if you want to take on a project you are encouraged to do so. You create your own future with the company - Positive work atmosphere - Morning meetings are held where "shoutouts" are given from one coworkers to another, thanking each other for their hard work - CEO values employee input - Unbelievable work team, everyone is passionate and driven. It feels like a start-up environment, without the uncertainty of a start-up

Cons

I had hesitations starting with the company based on previous reviews, however, it's becoming very apparent that those reviews are coming from the same few disgruntled ex-employees. This job far exceeds what I had hoped for upon getting hired.
