Met some great people along the way.

Very limited parking. Management seem to stick together and bully the newer people. Very disappointed to see favouritism in the workplace. Not very professional as a lot of the staff use bad language around the work place. Wouldn't recommend anyone to start here, very unfair treatment to the "newer" people, as if there is a pecking order. Also found that there was a hint of racism lingering around their workplace, management didn't seem to accept people who come from different backgrounds. They just stop giving you shifts out of no where, not a very stable job for anyone who has bills to pay (Majority of us) not a lot of support for the telemarketers, management seem to only speak to those who get appointments and ignore those who may need a little extra training. A lot of little groups, very much like a high school.

Residential Projects Australia is a great place to work, they manage to create a fun place to work whilst still being very professional. The management team work extremely hard to provide ongoing training to assist all employees to achieve their goals. The owner is always a great presence in the work place and always makes a effort to introduce himself to all new employees and is extremely approachable and very down to earth

There are no real downsides to working at Residential Projects Australia
