      You wear the hat as a maintnence tech, leasing, manager, assistant, cleaner, marketing , financials, multiple hats and only one person at property making it difficult to manage all with zero support

      Great place to work. The team is supportive, leadership is open, and the culture is positive. I’ve had good chances to learn and grow. The work is meaningful and rewarding. Happy to be part of this company.
