I can think of no cons

Money was literally the only thing

Very unprofessional. Lack of training. The women there are too buddy buddy more like a high school rather than a place of employment . They literally half trained me three days and then the owner got mad at me for not knowing how to do something I was never shown how to do and blamed me for it.
