      The people remaining at the company are great and get things done

      Cons

      Repsol has a drastically different culture and work styles than company in North America, from hiring external vendors for all services, and the mentality of pushing things through, making major decisions and worrying about quality and business impact after the fact

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
