Pros

There are some good individuals at the company. The company wants to build a good culture. You can learn some standardized practices for the role that you are in if you are new to it.

Cons

Wanting to have a good culture and having a good culture are two different things. Not a strong path for growth as individuals. Product is decent but simple. If I can put it simply, there is no reason to work there aside from needing a job.

Pros

Tight-knit team with a lot of smart, motivated people who care about building a solid product. Startup-ish vibe, so you get exposure to multiple parts of the business and can make a visible impact fast. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Good balance of accountability and autonomy: you’re trusted to get things done without constant hand-holding.

Cons

You’ll likely wear more hats than you expected, which is great for learning but can get overwhelming. Processes aren’t always buttoned up; you’ll need patience (and initiative) to push through ambiguity. Compensation is decent but may not be as competitive as bigger players in the SaaS space
