They made you feel good by giving "promotions" but never gave you any sort of say in any decisions. Many team members had great suggestions, and lots of knowledge, but if it wasn't brought up by one or two individuals, opinions and forward thinking ideas were basically discouraged. Many employees passion for the industry was absolutely destroyed by working here.
