There is a strong vision and the product itself is genuinely innovative, so I'm bullish on where the technology is headed. What really sets Reprise apart is the AI-first culture internally. The team doesn't just talk about AI, they actively integrate it into how they work day to day. It makes the company feel forward-thinking and energizing to be part of.

Like any growing company, there are the usual scaling challenges and processes are still being built out in some areas. But that's more of a feature than a bug if you like having influence over how things take shape.

Crazy smart people, fast pace, very interesting technology and use case.

Some baggage might still exist from disgruntled previous employees which can be a distraction from the innovation and growth of the company.
