Pros
Good work environment. The major plus is the team with which you work. You have wonderful team members who will help you through your hard time. You can reach your management and put your concerns in front of them with out any hesitation. Another plus the manger who will be always supporting you and will listen to your your thoughts. There has been a lot of improvement from management side and it is continuously putting its efforts to satisfy the employees.
Cons
As such there are no cons but should gain speed in completing the processes such as in promised time interval.
