      An exciting time to be working in AI with a cool product, a lot of smart and interesting people, employees have a lot of autonomy

      Disorganized, employees are expected to sacrifice work-life balance and put in excessive hours, leadership is out of touch and creates a culture of intimidation, terminations are regularly threatened and carried out
