      Very progressive management, Business Leaders are trying to make the leap from a SMB to Mid-Size company. CEO practises an open door policy, employees can walk in/walk up to any leader at anytime for feedback or ask for help

      Gaps of work culture between old and new hire, distance of HQ to city center

      Great colleague Provide decent facilities

      Cons

      Interns will receive their allowance in two different payments like parmenants (also LATE payment same goes to their parmenants) Biased attendance system Repetitive work. Data entry in all 6 months. Lol
