They give you unhelpful tools to do your job when youre trying to collect, and once youve "followed the process" they want you to go out of your way to help get back overpriced, used furniture and electronics. What is the point of having "Petty Cash" in the store if we have to wait three weeks for a check from Texas to file legally on a customer who will charge off by the time the check reaches the store, And then IF the check reaches the store, it has bad information on it and can't be used.
