Pros

Consistent work. Overtime available. Supportive management. Good work-life balance if you need it.

Cons

Was frequently asked to work overtime and expected to meet metrics that were primarily out recruiter control in order to earn performance-based bonuses. Compensation grossly mismatched qualifications. Opportunities to advance did not include pay increases, just more responsibility and hours. Heard sexual comments at work and reports of sexual harassment at off-site work events. Frequently heard political and racial comments in the office.

Pros

Training is well executed - however not complete when you begin appointments. Leads provided. They feed you

Only a few reps are making money, and they continue to get the prime leads- creating a situation where you have no chance to ever make the monies mentioned in interview. How you get paid is not explained - lots of hoops to jump thru. Leads are inconsistent , 70% not qualified to purchase this very expensive product. Ownership does not understand the market .
