Renewable Energy Partners Response

We currently owe no employees money and have never owed employees back pay. We do however give advances and temp loans to our employees from time to time as requested. We are actually trying to collect from a former employee for not paying us back as promised. Any questions or concerns please contact Human Resources, hr@renewepi.com, 855.519.6633x1007

Have worked for REP for over five years. In my career, i have worked for both large and small companies in both retail and industrial environments. I can say with complete assurance that i have never worked with a CEO that cares more about his customers and making sure there needs are met than here at REP SOLAR I have always been treated with fairness and have been led by example in work ethic and striving to be the best at what we do.
Cons
No real cons about REP. Commercial solar is a tough business in general and you have to stay sharp to succeed. Sales cycles can be long.
There are no pros only cons!!!
The owner is the biggest conman, he should be a used car salesmen.
Cons
If your looking for short term employment REP is the rite place for you. They promise long term when they really only need you for a 1-3 month project. When the project is almost complete they will let you go, do to lack of work.
