In fact, we all work in the same room in an open office. -They try very hard to make the employees feel valued with events, team lunches, and other small things that make a big difference. The company culture is special. -There is opportunity to grow. They like to hire smart people and then allow them to grow into whatever position they might be best suited for, even if it's in a different department. -Great benefits.
