Pros

Friendly colleagues and atmospehere at the office despite the age differences between employees. Good start for any undergrad, who is looking for a first experience in a multinational company. Definintely a good work-life balance in comparism to an FMCG company. Also, work didn't seem so stressfull.

Cons

Relatively low salary in comparism to other similarly big companies. No opportunity to grow in a role, no project of your own -meaning in a local branch, not the HQ in France, where the structure has to be much more diversified-, so the role gets very much repetitive and after a time, has nothing new to offer. No opportunity to get more in-depth knowlidge or learning opportunities on site or even at the office, despite being in a company for several years.

Pros

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

Cons

As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
