Renault Group Response

Hello, thank you for your comment. We recommend you approach your manager or HR team to share your feedback regarding current workload and working hours. Concerned about our employee’s well-being at work, we have dedicated teams in countries working on these topics.
Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.
Cons
As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
