Pros
In office had it perks from events to bond the team together and being able to interact face to face. The day to day folks are the kindest people on the planet. They are knowledgeable, personable, and will help you any way you can.
Cons
Its a great job entering the ecommerce space but it has no real lateral climb in the immediate future. Management is basically locked in and you will be doing the job of 2-3 people. Specialization is a myth here and very few people actually get to be focus on their core responsibilities.
