It feels like everyone is working towards the same goal and the place overall has a great culture, great leaders and a supportive work environment. Significant emphasis is placed on promoting internally and rewarding those who go above and beyond. No dead weight with each person contributing to the company's growth.

Cons

Sales Team is on a different floor from the Customer Success team in the office - which makes it slightly harder to collaborate.
