      My colleagues are always ready to help each other, and everyone is motivated and keeps learning and growing. The company is also constantly upgrading and adjusting to provide better services.

      Cons

      Since most of us work remotely, really hope we can meet our colleagues in person more often.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

      Cons

      It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
