I was hired here with only 2 yrs of real estate cold-calling experience without any experience working as an interviewer but thanks to Using FAVA and Remote latinos they trusted me for this role and now working with them for almost 3 years! The bosses were cool and there's career growth here as what most employees are looking for besides from being well-compensated. Was able to refer some people and friends here, KUDOS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!
