- poor and inept leadership - middle management worst (directors) - toxic culture of back biting all around - PMs are a joke / they talk more and do less and would say the same for engineering, they don’t do much - everybody is coasting - product has remained the same for years - every initiative fails due to lack of clear direction / vision - The company offers scant avenues for career progression, accompanied by a persistent pattern of lackluster performance. Individuals who remain are seemingly constrained by mediocrity.
