7yThanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm saddened to read about your experience and I'm glad that you know that I have good intentions. You're right that I do care deeply about our mission and our team. I also completely agree that we have strong talent at the operating level of the company. Building a rapidly growing business is hard and, with growth, it's often a good thing when new executives come into the business that have scale leadership/management experience. I'm grateful for the new executives that have joined in the last year as well as the reorgs that we've done to shift responsibilities ... I believe they're doing a lot of the things you mention below -- empowering the team to build a phenomenal product and service for our customers. I will also continue to introspect per your note below to ensure that no other changes need to be made to empower our team. With that context, I'd really value the opportunity to speak with you to understand specifically where you had issues.
