Easy work once you get the hang of it, though that can take quite a long time as the needs are very specific and not well-defined on their own--lots of trial and error in the beginning. There is understanding and some minor flexibility with deadlines as these kinks are worked out.

Appalling pay structure for freelancers. Minimal pay is meant to come a month after work is completed. Payment, however, is routinely delayed and contacts at the company act as though they're doing you a really great service by deigning to have hired you in the first place and wonder why you're even concerned about getting paid. Payment for remote, digital work of this kind should be made immediately upon completion, and Remazing should recognize that freelancers coming from Upwork have come to expect funds to be escrowed in advance and then payment to be prompt. Poor communication is really the crux of issues I experienced and other freelancers should be very wary of asking LOTS of questions and protecting themselves before agreeing to start work.

From day one, you can feel a very distinct and positive energy that sets this company apart. The work environment is exceptionally healthy, but what truly makes the difference is the genuine attention given to the individual. Management places a high level of trust in your abilities, even as a Junior, which is incredibly motivating. The feedback loop is constant and, most importantly, constructive; managers don't just point out areas for improvement—they provide guidance in a way that is never critical but always aimed at helping you grow. It’s a place where you feel genuinely supported and encouraged to reach your full potential every single day.

To be honest, I haven't encountered any significant downsides during my time here so far. It’s a very well-balanced environment.
