Pros

The best Place to showcase your talents as it is an organization where your bosses know who you are and what your working for. I saw management where employees were promoted according to their skills after having a skill test (IJP) Internal Job Postings. Management is one of the best as they don't yell at employees for not doing the work they make people understand the importance of their incentive in their salary. Motivation is the best factor which helps employees at rely work hard and keep rely on the TOP positions Always.

Cons

company is very small with less number of employees and it is not a fortune 500 company but its more reliable as its name suggests Rely Services.
