- Just read the HR script rubber stamp response to another colleague - Terrible! - Be honest, and don't throw around this Credo non-sense now, after the direct lies to employees during each 'Open Door' share on the finances. - Why would we open/then keep a Portugal office when we knew we had more headcount than revenue and let go of the US side of the business? - I would use the "anonymous surveys" you put out like candy each week and let the employees really share the truth to the CEO. - "Encourage employees to step forward and share concerns....?" then be fired, how can they when their manager's are apparently the issue here. - Your responsibility should be to your "Employees" first, without them you have no company!
