Really no cons that I can think of

Nice small community credit union who can give great rates. Employees do share in financial success, Christmas bonus is very thoughtful. Health insurance is great and employee share is minimum compared to most companies.

Very little diversity in workforce (only one black employee out of 150) White woman are all upper management, all branch mangers white woman, even men aren't welcomed (maybe 25-30) Huge emphasis on selling insurance on loan packages that members really don't need (they actually call it a "secret sauce" in making the rate seem low, while extending the length of the loan) Information technology is non-existent, expect call center and branch employees to be "tech experts", with memos from upper management as the training component.
