      There was very little I can say about this company that is positive.

      This company does not value its Installers. You be hired in as a Full tme employee and be told you are a "at will" employee. This means you are basically a temp but you can and will be let go "at will" of management, You will only work if they don't run out of work, This is a company that is not afraid to terminate you at any time, you are just a temp in their eyes even though you are hired in. This is a very unfair employment situation in that you will be released at any time for any reason even if you are doing well. They do not value the installation crews and will not invest in your success.

      Here at Reliable, we very much value every employee. It takes time, effort and careful consideration to hire a single employee and we always do our utmost to help an employee stay with our company. Sometimes, however, situations arise were we are forced to let go of an employee who find themself in poor circumstances. Training only goes so far, from there it is up to the individual to carry out job duties. If this can not be accomplished, it is usually time to part ways.

      Pros

      Company encourages staff to prioritize a quality work/life balance. Hours can be long but I attend my family events without repercussions. Staff genuinely views everyone as people instead of employee numbers. In today's tight labor market, dollars can be matched but how you are treated can be the difference maker between a job and a career. This place focuses on a company's greatest asset, the human being.

      Cons

      It is retail service. If you are looking for a 7-3:30 eight and skate scenario, keep looking. It is possible here but being a 24/7 retail service provider, emergency calls are just a phone call away. If the hours don't turn you off , you are a self-starter and enjoy problem solving for customers/company who truly appreciate your hard work, this is for you.
