The people you get to work with are the best part about working here. Everyone on my team is incredibly talented, intelligent, and beyond creative. But even within other departments, the company has just created a very creative environment that fosters the talents and skills of like-minded people.

Turnarounds can be tight, especially when clients make insane requests of us. Be prepared to burn the midnight oil when needed.

I really love how our team works together, the owner does so many generous things for the team especially on holidays or special occasions. The sales floor has incentives, and the other departments do as well. I've seen people grow and Relevant Ads does promote within. They provide a learning curve, more than enough time in the beginning to grasp the skills you need to succeed.

It's not an easy product to sell, so not everyday is a cakewalk, the management does help support the ways you could improve and does so in a courteous manner. I happen to like the 7am-4pm lifestyle, but if you're a late bloomer that could be considered a con for you.
