Constantly changing comp plans, black box partner relationship that will kill deals randomly. In less than 6 months saw them them loose 5 people on their sales team, and hire 5 more. One person they hired and fired in less than 6 weeks

- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in
- Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time
- New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there
- The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return
- Plans constantly change without warning
- Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised

- Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided
