      Pros

      Relay is solving big problems in transportation and doing it by listening to customers and team members. It is incredible to be a part of an organization focused on moving forward together and doing big things. Leadership truly listens and and the bias to action is strong.

      Cons

      Relay moves fast. Not the place for you if you dislike change or don’t want to put in the effort. For me, this is a strength, but worth noting.

      There is nothing worth mentioning

      Cons

      - Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
