They will squeeze every ounce of productivity out of you until they have no use for you anymore. - Manager of Agile Operations Relatient Employee Review

Pros

The PTO plan is good if your manager approves your time.

Cons

Myself and many team members have worked nights and weekends to meet unrealistic timelines (timelines that had no input from technology) and there was never appreciation shown outside of our department. Executive team will always ask for more. Even if you agreed on a certain feature set and delivered it on time they will ask for more and then get irritated that it isn't done. Departments do not communicate with each other so teams are working on different priorities. Priorities shift weekly because executive management/the board change their mind so much. The company's decision maker is not the CEO, it's the board of directors who has little to no idea what is actually going on. Relatient says it's a 'Healthcare Technology Company' but Sales and Operations have more input into Business priorities than technology.

Pros

Work from home is pretty great. PTO is usually approved unless your role cannot be covered.

Cons

You will be asked to do an absurd amount of work for the money you make. Chances are if you are US based your role will be out-sourced to a couple folks in India who have no idea what they're getting themselves into. No one who has any power to change the trajectory of this company has a grasp on reality. Any person I talk to who is in a real role that does work within the the company is completely burnt out and exhausted.
