Pros
Work from home, that's the only thing.
Cons
-Managers and TLs are micromanaging all the time even if you are on calls. They are constantly sending messages and tagging you waiting for a response and confirmation you have agreed on what they say. -Ridiculoussly underpaid for the job done and its complexity of using the platform. Also, no pension contribution. -The headsets they sent were already used by other person. Lack of hygiene, there were hairs tangled on it. -Platform for scheduling is not easy to work with. Insurances are very complicated to understand. -Patients are from the US and are absolute rude. -If you ask for a day off due a medical appointment or major cause, you have to give explanations and apply for it, anyway they won't reply you and will give any excuse saying that there is another agent that is requesting the same day off and you won't have it. -The pay rates are not clear. First they tell you on the onboarding process that you work 8h/day with non-paid 30 min lunch but then on your payslip shows that they are not paying some 15 min break either. -Bank holidays are only under the US system, You will work on irish BH and "supposedly" will earn more. -CLOCKING ALL THE TIME! ·After a call, when you're doing paperwork, you can't be on Aux for too long or they'll tell you off. ·If you go to the bathroom and have an emergency, you'll have to notify asap or they'll tell you off. ·If you get back 30s after your lunch, you'll be told off. Summarising: there is no trust or recognition at all on this job! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
