Pros

The culture is terrific. The team is extremely engaged and communicates very well with each other - technology, sales, marketing and CEO himself. You get to work directly with the CEO and your opinions matter. You wear multiple hats and get to learn a lot.

Cons

It can get stressful too sometimes when you handle multiple hats but, hey, its a startup!

Pros

I had some wonderful colleagues who deserved much better treatment than they received.

Cons

- Not a place where you can bring your authentic self to work. Culture is flat-out awful and toxic. I would not recommend this place to anyone. - There is no HR to help you. So if you have to raise your voice against anything, good luck you are on your own. They will not take anything you say seriously and instead work with management to conspire against you for speaking out. - There is no real meaningful work. The job gives you no skills for the next step in your career - Turnover is exceptionally high, and I watched for more walk out the door than stayed within the walls. Senior management brings in their favorite people with little to no experience. I've seen hard-working, talented employees get the boot while workers who literally spend the day on their Facebook page and texting keep their jobs. - Misleading Job Titles. The work you will do will be very different than what’s on the job description. Lying is okay to them. You should really have an exit plan the moment you join. - Management forces use of outdated process and software and does not embrace using the best tools out there or use even best practices. They would rather you fit their style of work and not bring new ideas to the table
