Miserable - Anonymous employee Reiser Employee Review

As another reviewer noted, they run on a culture of fear. The owner/president is possibly a sociopath, he rants & raves and screams at people. He's also a luddite and everything is on paper - you've never seen so many filing cabinets in your life.
