      Flexibility, productivity (83% for evaluating clinicians, 90% for non evaluating clinicians), good team, 401k match.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, few raises (review must be requested), reduced employee appreciation ($5 for PT/OT/ ST month, $50 Christmas party for team).
