      There is a good bcba here who understands and is supportive.

      Cons

      This company has a lot of sneaky things they’ll do like promise a lot in interviews but not follow through then call you confused, they have a unique way of surpassing giving out over time. No mileage compensation with clients that are 30-50 minutes from Rbts homes and you only get paid for 15 minutes of the drive.
