Pros

In theory they have generous PTO after a year and average contribution to health and retirement. Very much in line with other employers.

Cons

Reality is you can never take PTO. One team member has lost over 400 earned days over the last 20+ years. They randomly change the structure and eliminate roles, only to recreate them with lower pay. Bonuses targets are changed on the day they are supposed to be paid out. Employees are blamed for not knowing the company published incorrect targets for 3 straight months. Internal positions are advertised but nobody ever follows up or gives feedback. Experienced managers are tasked with more locations but paid the same as new employees with fewer locations resulting in 50% less pay per location covered. Customers are given 30% renewal increases and huge service price increases every quarter "due to inflation", but team members are given pay cuts and have NEVER received annual increases or retention bonuses. Multi-Location "managers" do not manage anything - they are just given tasks and spend the majority of their time doing hourly employee tasks.
