Pros
Fast and Dynamic work place that allows for plenty of opportunities for those fresh into the work place. Some really cool science is going on here and not all companies can truly admit this. Good pay, great benefits, awesome amount of PTO.
Cons
Because of the massive number of drugs being pushed through the pipeline, the work/life balance leans a little more towards work. It's a grinding pace.
