Pros
Honestly i love this job. I really do, if you enjoy talking with customers, this is a great fit for you. Work isn't that demanding beyond learning some very minor procedures like any other job; management is super supportive and is happy to teach you and support you both when you're starting out and advancing through the different positions in the theater like door, box office, and concessions.
Cons
Employee culture CAN (but not a given) be sort of clique-ie/high school-esque, just be careful what you share with your coworkers.
The pay of minimum wage is acceptable, honestly can't complain all too much given the work you have to do but $20/Hour seems reasonable for most low-end jobs in this day and age, especially in Los Angeles, but if the assistant managers don't make that, no way floor staff will.
