This is for a franchised location in Plymouth not really on Regency Management. The hotel did a nose dive with the management change. Especially the front office. Two of the girls, who are friends outside of the hotel, in the office created problems and drama the second they walked in. Things were said about every employee behind theirs back. Your schedule would be reduced down to nothing as a ploy to get you to quit. Favoritism is huge. You were only valued around there, not by hard work, but by the things you could do for them. It’s sad because all the girls that left would have never left if it wasn’t for those two.
