Pros
Fully remote, I made pretty good money with my commission in the year and 9 ish months I was there and I learned a lot. Some people are great there and treat you good.
Cons
Management, no raises, gave a Christmas present one year and the next they took that away, had a poor experience once I decided to leave, they promote their favorite employees not necessarily the best employees, I was extremely stressed out and unhappy while working there. There is a lot of pressure on the sales side. Products and customer support are always being complained about by customers or former customers. Have to figure things out for yourself for the most part as I don’t remember receiving any one on one coaching during my time there. If someone decides to leave the company they should not be rude to them because of it!
