Peers are great! Discount is great! Managers are awesome!

Their pay is not as competitive as some, but it's not the worst. Tend to make big changes at the worst times.

-you get a discount on the clothes.. cute. -some cool coworkers (depends on your location).

-little hours. Don’t expect much from this job. If you think you’re going to get a decent amount from this job good luck. Best for a high school /college student. -no real opportunity to truly grow within the company. -expensive clothes even with the discount. - management can be iffy. On top of you about sales and rules. - becomes very draining after awhile. -the most you’ll get is a 15 minute break. If you get a long shift, you get a 30 minutes. -scheduling/hour availability. - no benefits, no insurance. Not even a little.
