Pros
One of the most positive places I've ever worked in positivity is the number one rule when coming to work. Everyone has a good thing to say about everyone else. Managers are available and an accessible part of the experience. The open floor plan allows to everyone mingle from associates, management, directors, and the owners. This company has a people first culture.
Cons
The hardest part of the job is this is still a very new company and growing fast, so as things evolve things change. The changes are usually good but takes a little to get into the new groove.
