Leadership is very open-minded, forward-looking & accessible, They are quick to listen and to act on recommendations from new joiners. Great office spaces in superb locations that are simply nice places to be. Plenty of opportunities to grow & develop alongside the company.

The company is at a stage where it needs to think about the future and act less like a startup. This is natural, and a good fit some some people that want to join. It might not be what others are looking for.
